I'm back in Hawaii for work (again), and just went to lunch with a co-worker. We were bullshitting about travel vouchers for my and another co-worker's last escapades to Guam. I brought up this gem and my co-worker has never seen it.

I believe he tried to claim later that he was joking, but he spent an awful lot of time on it and has also made similar gaffes before and since.
